“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.” -Robert Frost
We’re eight days into the New Year and the world doesn’t feel any different.
No surprise there.
We have a lot of work to do and a lot of changes to make.
The biggest is internal, “Can we let go of the fear and focus on making a contribution?”
That’s a loaded question.
It serves us to remember that the people we seek to serve don’t want our fears, they want our help.
The sooner, the better.
And if we want to offer that help, we have to make it about them, not us.
The road less traveled means showing up to selflessly make a difference.
And if we all do that, maybe we can touch the culture.
Maybe, we can make things better.
